Rationale

Ultrasound guidance for regional blocks is quickly becoming the "Standard of Care" for clinicians involved in performing upper and lower extremity regional blocks and also for those practitioners who place vascular access lines as part of their clinical responsibilities. This program offers an opportunity for small groups to gain the knowledge and expertise necessary to perform these procedures using ultrasound guidance.

Faculty

The program is presented by Christopher Brown, CRNA, MSTM, BS. Chris is an acknowledged expert in the field of ultrasonography and has a wealth of clinical experience in the placement of regional blocks in his own independent practice. He has been a speaker at many state CRNA meetings and recently presented an ultrasound course at the AANA National Meeting.

Approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for 8 CE Credits. Code Number 32438, Expiration Date: December 31, 2010

Tuition Fees and Costs

$2,000.00 ..... up to 4 CRNA's
300.00 ..... each additional CRNA

Above fees include all didactic and clinical instruction, Electronic Course Syllabus, Certificate of Completion and AANA Credit Recording

Additional costs include usual and customary travel-related expenses and will vary depending on location of the sponsoring institution

Refund Policy

If you cancel the course, no refund is made, however, funds paid may be applied to another course within twelve months of the cancellation date.

If it becomes necessary for IPGE to cancel a full refund will be made.
